Mastering Passing Is Important To Succeeding In A FIFA 11 PS3 Tournaments
Winning a FIFA 11 PS3 Tournament will be a tough ask but it is an achievable feat. No matter what level of player you are currently, to stand any chance of success you need to ensure you can perform the basics well. The basics being passing, shooting and tackling. Sounds simple doesn't it and in all honesty it is. Most professional football managers will tell you that the beautiful game is easy and that to succeed you need to do the basics well.
We will start with passing as with real life passing is integral to winning matches. As I mentioned there are numerous ways to pass the ball, the basic short pass comprising of pressing the X button and holding the LS (Left Analogue Stick) in the direction you want the ball to be passed. The longer you hold the X button the harder the pass will be. Select the training mode in FIFA 11 by pressing the select button and practice short passing between your players.
The next pass to master is the long pass and can be used to attack your opponent quickly, however this is not as effective as the lobbed through pass which we will discuss later. For now master the long pass to increase your range of passing skills. To play a long pass again we hold the LS button in the direction we wish the ball to be played however this time we hold the O button. The long pass is most effective when used to play cross field balls so I would suggest practicing switching the ball in a training match as it can be difficult to master.
One of the best balls for creating one-on-one chances is the through ball, this can be played by pressing the triangle button. Again holding the button for increasing amounts of time increases the power with which the pass is played. 1-on-1's can be tricky to master as balls need to be played in time with the run o a team mate again I suggest practicing on the training pitch to become familiar with off the ball runs and being able to spot them.
The next type of pass is the one-two, holding the L1 button whilst playing a pass will make the passer make a forward run, when the receiving player has the ball press the pass button again and the ball will be returned to the original passer, this time however he may find himself in more space. An improvement on the one-two is instead of pressing the pass button, in advanced areas you can instead play a through ball, the run of the original passer means that the opposition will find him difficult to mark.
A further improvement to this is to play a one-two but instead of a through ball you can play a lobbed through ball, bypassing any opponents who are in the line of your 2nd passer and your player making a run. To do this hold the R1 button whilst performing a through ball. This piece of play is by far the hardest passing skills to develop however once you do you will find yourself breaking open even the best FIFA 11 PS3 tournament player.
In FIFA you should make sure that you are able to play every pass without out even contemplating it, as you would expect you will need to practice a little and the best place for this is in the training arena. Once you are confident of having mastered all types of passing take your skills to online tournaments. Having a good range of passing ensures that you become as unpredictable as possible giving you the best chance to succeed
Winning a FIFA 11 PS3 tournament wont be easy but ensuring you keep the ball will be half the battle. Don't be afraid to keep the ball if there is no good pass forward on and don't be afraid to use the keeper make the opposition work to get the ball back and when they get out of position exploit them.
The Fifa 11 PS3 tournament is pretty cool. We would like to tell you more about the Fifa 11 PS3 tournaments right now - we believe you, as a gamer and sports fan will love this.

A Quick NBA Live 2010 10 Video Game Overview For PlayStation And Xbox
This is an NBA Live game review for PlayStation and Xbox. NBA Live is one of EA's most popular video games. Each year, numerous basketball games are released but NBA Live's yearly version always seems to be among the front runners. 2010's edition is no different, with its quality graphics, user input, and animations, this very last version of NBA Live has received extremely positive reviews.
NBA Live 10 has bonus jerseys, a very first for these games. Vintage jerseys from the 80s and 90s were included as well as numerous alternate uniforms for many of NBA teams. Using bonus codes, even more jerseys and throwback shoes can be used. It is questionable if every NBA team will get new game uniforms but two bonus codes have been unlocked so far and more are probably coming.
The game's graphics also received a massive overhaul. It features smoother and quicker animations that allow for a more maximum play. Items like the courts and lights were designed to look more realistic. When enhanced on a plasma screen, the game is grainier but overall looks extremely well. The players, the background, and other smaller graphics are also more detailed. This year's game has a more realistic background, unlike the previous installments. Crowd members were designed to look and sound more lifelike and real. The players themselves were made with more personal and exact details such as personal accessories, hairstyles, and tattoos. The stars in this year's edition were made to be easily recognizable than previous ones.
The controls of the game were slightly altered so that controlling the individual players 100 percent of the time isn't necessary. This auto mode can sometimes result in more turnovers during game play though. It is possible for the control over the players to be expanded if you want to though.
Game play on this year's NBA Live was made simple enough so that even someone who has never played any basketball video games will still be able to get the hang of it. Actions like passing and shooting are single button functions. Both of the PlayStation and Xbox use the main joy stick on the controllers to move the players around. It is simple to play defense as well, just position one of the basketball players in front of one from the opposing team will result in the sim automatically doing the rest. The update of the player DNA system from past games has significantly improved as well. The 2010 edition's DNA updates individual player's tendencies and attributes almost instantly. This year's game will also allow users to play real games almost as they happen in the real world. And with the NBA team's rosters and line ups updating instantly in the game, it makes for a much improved Dynasty Mode as well.
This games's soundtrack was improved and changed to include more modern singers and groups. This year's game has a lot more tracks, which significantly cuts back on the repetition of songs during the dynasty mode and games. The tracks were even programmed to react to the tempo of the games to get the user more involved.
